The DermaGinate Ag silver alginate dressing is a sterile, non-adhesive wound dressing made of alginate, a material derived from seaweed fibers that forms a gel. It has no border and measures 4 x 5 inches. It is made with silver and is designed for wounds with moderate to heavy exudate, which is fluid from the wound.
