The DermaFoam nonadhesive foam dressing is a sterile, rectangular wound dressing with no border and a waterproof backing. It measures 4 x 4-1/4 inches. Because it has no adhesive, you hold it in place by another method.

- Breathable, semi-permeable outer film that helps keep a moist wound environment
