The Quidel QuickVue RSV test kit is an infectious disease immunoassay, a rapid test that checks a respiratory sample for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). You read the result by eye. The kit holds 20 tests and is CLIA waived.
- One sample can be used to run both the QuickVue RSV test and the QuickVue brand Influenza test
- Results in 15 minutes
- Built-in internal control
- External controls, positive and negative, are included in the kit
- Kit shelf life of 24 months at room temperature, counted from the date of manufacture
