The Monocryl Plus suture with needle is an absorbable suture, one the body absorbs over time, with an antibacterial agent built in. It is a monofilament suture made of Poliglecaprone 25 with Irgacare MP. It is a good fit for high-risk patients or procedures where bacterial presence is a concern.
