The Hartmann Atrauman Silicone dressing is a sterile wound contact layer, the layer that sits directly on the wound under a secondary dressing. It is thin and soft, with transparent silicone coating both sides. It is used on nonexudating wounds, or on slightly to moderately exudating wounds together with secondary dressings.
