The Hartmann Atrauman Silicone dressing is a sterile wound contact layer, the layer that sits directly against the wound under a secondary dressing. It is thin and soft, and it is coated with transparent silicone on both sides. It is used on nonexudating wounds, or on slightly to moderately exudating wounds together with secondary dressings.
