The Globe Scientific flanged plug cap is a tube closure made of polyethylene (PE). It is made for 12 mm tubes and gives you a leak-resistant fit in test tubes, centrifuge tubes and round cuvettes. Two flexible flanges are the main reason to choose it over a standard plug cap.
