The PolyMem Shapes adhesive foam dressing is a sterile, oval polyurethane foam dressing with an adhesive border and film backing. It measures 6-1/2 x 8-1/5 inches. The foam is made to absorb exudate, the fluid a wound produces, and to conform to the wound.
- Wicks away up to ten times its weight in exudate
- Contains a mild, non-toxic cleansing agent that moisture activates and that is gradually released into the wound bed
- Gently expands to fill and conform to the wound
- Made to cleanse, fill, absorb and moisten wounds
