The PolyMem Shapes adhesive foam dressing with border is a sacral-shaped dressing made of polyurethane foam. It has an adhesive border and a film backing, and it comes sterile. The full dressing measures 7-1/5 x 7-4/5 inches.

- Contains a mild, non-toxic cleansing agent that moisture activates and the dressing gradually releases into the wound bed
