The ConvaTec ConvaFoam Border dressing is a sterile foam dressing with a silicone adhesive border, shaped for the sacral area. It has a soft, multi-layered absorbent pad and a film backing. You can cut it to fit areas that are hard to dress.
- Can be cut to aid application in difficult-to-dress areas
- Patterned film lets you monitor exudate (wound fluid) within the dressing
- Soft, multi-layered, absorbent central pad
- Pad contains superabsorbent fibers, polyurethane foam and Hydrofiber (sodium carboxymethylcellulose)
- Hydrofiber layer micro-contours and adapts to the wound bed, unlike traditional foam dressings
