The ConvaTec ConvaFoam Border dressing is a sterile, square foam dressing with a silicone adhesive border, the part that holds the dressing in place. It measures 6 x 6 inches (15 x 15 centimeters). It is made for wounds with low to heavy exudate, which means low to heavy fluid drainage.
- Manages wounds with low to heavy exudate levels
- Typically indicated for pressure ulcers, venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, minor burns and skin abrasions
- Soft, multi-layered, absorbent central pad with superabsorbent fibers, polyurethane foam and Hydrofiber (sodium carboxymethylcellulose)
- The Hydrofiber layer micro-contours and adapts to the wound bed, unlike traditional foam dressings
- Size: 15 x 15 centimeters (6 X 6 Inch)
