The Coloplast Biatain Silicone Lite is a thin foam dressing with a silicone adhesive border. It is a sterile, rectangular dressing made of polyurethane foam with a film backing. It measures 2 x 5 Inch and comes with a 1 X 4 Inch pad.
- Three-dimensional foam conforms to the wound bed when it is in contact with exudate (wound fluid)
- Fluid handling properties are made to control exudate and limit the risk of maceration (skin softening from moisture) and leakage
- Silicone wound contact layer provides a secure fit that keeps the dressing in place
- Three-piece non-touch opening allows aseptic, easy application and reduces wasted dressings
- Permeable outer film is waterproof and acts as a barrier to bacteria
- Thin foam dressing with border, 2 x 5 Inch, rectangle shape
