The Biatain Silicone Lite is a thin foam dressing with a silicone adhesive border, made by Coloplast. It is a sterile, square dressing with a film backing and a polyurethane foam pad. A three-piece non-touch opening makes it easy to apply.
- Three-dimensional foam conforms to the wound bed when it contacts exudate (wound fluid)
- Fluid handling properties are designed to control exudate and to address maceration (skin softening from moisture) and leakage
- Silicone wound contact layer gives a secure fit and keeps the dressing in place
- Three-piece non-touch opening allows aseptic, easy application and reduces dressing waste
- Permeable outer film is both bacteria-proof and waterproof
- Dimensions: 2 X 2 Inch, square shape
