The Coloplast Assura Deep Convex ostomy barrier is the skin barrier (the wafer) in a two-piece system. You trim it to fit stomas from 15 to 33 millimeters, and its convex shape is made for hard-to-fit stomas. It has a 50 mm flange with a red color code, so you can match it to the right coupling.
