The Coloplast Assura deep convex ostomy barrier is the base plate of a two-piece ostomy system, the part that sticks to your skin and holds the pouch. It is trim to fit, so you cut the opening to match your stoma, from 15 to 33 mm. It is made for standard wear and uses a pectin based adhesive.
- Two-piece mechanical coupling system: the pouch locks onto the barrier with an audible click, so you know it is secure
- Spiral pectin based adhesive is combined with the coupling to hold the pouch to the barrier
