The Cutimed Sorbact sterile hydrogel dressing is a clear gel sheet, 3 x 6 inches, packed in an individual packet. It is made for dry or low-exuding wounds, including unclean, colonized and infected ones. It keeps the wound moist and binds microorganisms with coated fibers.
- Hydrogel-impregnated gel dressing that uses the Sorbact method to reduce the bacterial load while keeping wound conditions moist
- Specially coated dressing fibers bind and inactivate wound bacteria and fungi, with no chemically active agent
- Designed to bind microorganisms in unclean, colonized and infected wounds that are dry or low exuding
- Promotes autolytic debridement, the body's own process of clearing dead tissue, in sloughy or partly necrotic wounds
- Contains no preservatives or chemically active agents
