The KerraLite Cool Border hydrogel dressing is a sterile sheet dressing made from hydrogel, a water-based gel. It measures 3-1/2 x 5 inches and comes in an individual packet. It has a polyurethane outer film and a Pro-ionic gel sheet.
- Polyurethane outer film and Pro-ionic gel sheet work together and respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid
- Interacts with the wound bed to regulate moisture levels, supporting autolytic and osmotic debridement
- Designed for use on lightly exuding wounds
- Used on chronic wounds and for debriding necrotic tissue
- Cooling hydrogel sheet
- Designed to protect the wound from dehydration
- Designed to act as a barrier to bacterial growth
