Description / BD 405028 - Perisafe™ Epidural Needle - 10/Box, 50/Case
The BD Perisafe epidural needle is a Tuohy-style needle with a modified point and a thin wall. It is sterile and has a one-piece plastic stylet. Facility buyers can check the gauge, length and materials below.
- Needle heel is specially manufactured to minimize catheter shearing
- Calibrated depth markings on the needle help you stay aware of placement depth
- One-piece plastic stylet is fitted to help guard against tissue coring and is lighter, for better tactile feel during insertion
- Tuohy style, modified point type
