Similac NeoSure Infant Formula from Abbott Nutrition is a ready-to-use liquid formula made for preterm infants, often called preemies. One 32-ounce bottle holds a quart of unflavored formula that is given by mouth. It is made with increased protein, vitamins, minerals and calories compared to term infant formula.
- Preterm infants fed Similac NeoSure through the first year of life showed significantly increased lean body mass and less fat mass at 12 months corrected age
- Made with increased protein, vitamins and minerals compared to term infant formula, plus increased calories for growth
