The Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube is a wearable, portable cold / heat therapy device. It is an FDA-cleared Type II medical device with simple preset modes and adjustable straps that hold it to any body part, so your hands stay free.

- Powered by Therabody's proprietary Cryothermal Technology™, with simple preset modes set to specific temperatures and durations
- Adjustable straps hold the Cube to any body part for hands-free use
- Three preset modes, each with multiple precise temperature settings
- Heat mode runs 24 minutes at 95° F, 102° F or 109° F
- Cold mode runs 18 minutes at 61° F, 54° F or 46° F
- Contrast mode runs 20 minutes, with cold at 46° F and heat at 109° F
- Includes the Cube strap frame, one 23.6-inch strap, one 39.4-inch strap and a USB-C charging cable
