The Rüsch PureGold Foley catheter is an indwelling catheter, one that stays in place and drains the bladder. It is a 2-way design in 18 Fr. with a 5 cc balloon and a coudé tip, a tip with a curved shape. It is made of PTFE (Teflon) coated latex and comes sterile.
- Indwelling 2-way design: one channel carries fluid to the balloon and the other carries fluid from the bladder
- Red color code marks a French size of 18 (6 mm diameter)
- 5 cc balloon holds the catheter securely in place
