The Span America Geo-Mattress UltraMax is a foam bed mattress, a pressure redistribution type, made for medical facility and nursing home beds. It measures 6 H x 36 W x 80 L inch and supports up to 500 lbs. Its bi-directional stretch cover is fluid-resistant and wipes clean with standard hospital-grade cleaners.
- Three-dimensional Zoning core design gives anatomically calibrated levels of support and immersion across the surface
- All foams are 100% PBDE-free
- Bi-directional stretch cover is fluid-resistant, anti-microbial and tear-resistant
- Cover wipes clean with standard hospital-grade cleaners
- Two reinforced carry handles on one side of the cover
- Split nonskid bottom helps reduce gatching noise
- Geo-Matt segmented top surface, plus silicone-coated, shear minimizing fabric bands on the underside of the stretch cover for an additional measure of shearing protection
- Shear Transfer Zone design is built to keep the heels, sacrum and scapula from digging into the surface and to guard against micro shear, macro shear and rotational shear
