The Southmedic Personna Plus Safety Scalpel is a disposable scalpel with a built-in safety sheath. It is sterile and fitted with a No. 15 blade. Clinics, surgical offices and other facilities can use it where a locking, retractable sheath is needed.
- Simple lock and unlock mechanism opens and closes easily, for safe passes
- Southmedic polymer coated blade is paired with the SPSS cartridge to reduce tissue drag and trauma
- Clear plastic sheath gives complete blade visibility
- Built-in thumb rest for ease of use, and the sheath retracts fully to expose the entire blade
- Permanent lock for safe disposal
