The KerraMax Care Gentle Border Super Absorbent Dressing is a square, bordered dressing made by Solventum Corporation. It measures 6 x 6 inches and is supplied sterile. A soft silicone layer holds it in place and a built-in absorbent core takes in fluid from the wound.
- Soft silicone layer is made for gentle adhesion, a strong absorption rate and nontraumatic removal
- Smooth outer film layer helps reduce shear and friction, forms a water-resistant bacterial barrier and helps maintain an ideal MVTR (moisture vapor transmission rate)
- Absorbent core and foam pad work together to lock in exudate, bacteria and MMPs, even under compression
- Horizontal and vertical wicking layer spreads exudate throughout the dressing to increase absorption capacity
- Super absorbent dressing with border
