The 3M Littmann Classic III monitoring stethoscope is a clinician stethoscope with a double-sided chestpiece, one you can switch between two listening sides. It has a 27 inch single-lumen tube in plum and soft-seal ear tips. It is made for adult and pediatric use.

- Adjust the pressure on the chestpiece to hear either high-frequency or low-frequency sounds
