The 3M Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope is a mechanical cardiology stethoscope with a 27 inch plum-colored tube. Its tunable diaphragm lets you listen to high or low frequency sounds by changing pressure on the chest piece. It is made for adult and pediatric use.

- Acoustics are the highest in the Littmann line of mechanical stethoscopes
- Tunable diaphragm: slightly adjust pressure on the chest piece to hear high or low frequency sounds
