The Smith & Nephew Allevyn Gentle Border Lite is a thin foam dressing with a bordered film backing and silicone gel adhesive. It measures 2 x 2 inches (5 x 5 centimeters) and is made for use on fragile and sensitive skin. The foam core lets it flex to fit curved areas.
