The Smith & Nephew Intrasite hydrogel dressing is a clear gel, also called an amorphous hydrogel, that you apply to a wound from an applicator. It is nonadherent, so the dressing does not stick to the wound surface. Each applicator holds 0.52 oz of gel.

- Designed to gently re-hydrate necrotic tissue, which supports autolytic debridement (the body's own process of clearing dead tissue)
