The Smith & Nephew OpSite Flexigrid is a transparent, adhesive film dressing with a printed wound measurement grid. It is a sterile, rectangular dressing that measures 4 x 4¾ inches. It uses a 2 tab delivery system.
- Transparent, adhesive film with a wound measurement grid
- You can write on the grid with a ballpoint pen, which gives you a record of how the size of the wound changes
- Resists water and body fluids, so you can bathe without changing the dressing
- The film is moisture vapor permeable, conformable and extensible
- Widely used to provide a moist wound environment for superficial wounds, and also suited for use as a secondary dressing
- Designed to be adaptable for use on all areas of the body
- Can be cut into strips or shapes for awkward areas such as heels, elbows and knees
- Polyurethane film with acrylic adhesive
