The Skil-Care Position-Plus+ seat cushion is a noninflatable foam and gel cushion made for wheelchairs. It has four separate gel-filled chambers and a safety strap that holds it in place. It measures 16 W x 16 L x 2-1/2 D inches.

- Water-based gel is made to cool the skin and reduce moisture from perspiration
- Side gel adds lateral stability by limiting left-right leaning
- High-density foam adds comfort and helps keep the cushion from bottoming out

- Front gel is made to limit forward sliding by controlling posterior pelvic rotation
- Rear gel sits in the coccyx area to add cushioning there
- Incontinence-proof vinyl cover keeps urine from entering the cushion
