The BorderedFoam adhesive foam dressing from Sion Brands is a sterile, round dressing with a foam border, meaning the foam extends around the pad and holds the dressing in place. It measures 4 inches across and has a waterproof backing. It is made for wound care use on surgical incisions, abrasions and chronic ulcers.
