The Silipos metatarsal cushion is a comfortable elastic sleeve with a gel pad shaped to cover all five metatarsal heads, the bones at the ball of the foot. It slips on over the foot and fits either the left or right foot. This Small/Medium size is covered, so the gel pad has a covering for cushioning.
