The Retractable Technologies VanishPoint 0.5 mL insulin syringe comes with an attached needle, so there is nothing to assemble. It has a retractable safety needle, one that draws back into the syringe after use. This is a safety insulin syringe with needle, made for U-100 insulin.
- 30 gauge needle with a 1/2 inch needle length

- The retractable needle is activated while it is still in the patient, by fully depressing the plunger
