The Tranquility SmartCore Maximum Protection brief is a disposable adult incontinence brief, the kind of product often called a diaper. It is a unisex 2X-Large with heavy absorbency, made for a 60 to 80 inch waist or hip. Refastenable tabs let you adjust the fit.
