The Barkley Anesthesia Label with Date, Time and Initial is a user-applied drug label for syringes. It gives you space to record the drug concentration, the date, the time and your initials. Each roll holds 600 labels.
- Made for accurate and reliable labeling of all anesthesia drug syringes
- Each label conforms to ASTM Standard D4774-94(2000), the specification for user applied drug labels in anesthesiology
- The ASTM specification covers the size, color, pattern and type of labels applied to unlabeled syringes that users or their agents fill, so the drug content is identified
- Meets 2013 Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goal 3 on the safety of using medications
