The Nu-Hope Nu-Flex Nu-Comfort urostomy pouch is a drainable pouch, one you can empty from the bottom. It is part of a two-piece system, so the pouch and the barrier are separate pieces. The barrier is an oval A convex style made for stomas from 3/4 to 1-1/2 inches.
