The Nu-Hope Nu-Flex Nu-Comfort ostomy pouch is a two-piece system, made of a pouch and a separate barrier. It is a drainable pouch, one you can empty from the bottom. The oval C convex barrier is trim to fit, so you cut the opening to match your stoma.
