The NYOrtho Zero-G Boot is a heel protector boot, also called a heel suspension boot, made by New York Orthopedic. It is designed to reduce pressure and friction on the skin. This large, adult-size boot in light green has an open-toe design.
- Heel suspension boot designed to reduce pressure and friction on the skin
- Super-soft velvet cloth covers thin, fragile skin and reduces friction and shear
- Extended, cushioned design floats the heel over an air cavity and allows air circulation around the heel
- Removable gel pack can be used to lower pressure beneath the ankle
- Foam cushioned sides cover the lateral and medial malleoli, the bony points on each side of the ankle
- Anti-foot-drop design controls dorsal flexion
- Padded hook and loop closure makes the boot easy to put on and take off
- Polyurethane foam construction
