The My Medic RECON Pro First Aid Kit comes in a red nylon backpack that is portable and comfortable to carry. Supplies are organized into zippered modules that spread out flat, so you can find what you need quickly. It includes medical supplies plus a light stick and 25-foot paracord.
- Backpack style that is easy and comfortable to carry
- Backpack dimensions: 12½ inches (height) x 8½ inches (width) x 7¼ inches (depth)
- MOLLE (modular lightweight load-carrying equipment) on the front lets you attach extra items
- Weighs 6.3 lbs fully loaded
- Kit is organized into modules (pouches) and spreads out horizontally when unzipped
- Includes a light stick and 25-foot paracord along with the medical supplies
- Trauma items: pack of two chest seals, rapid tourniquet, emergency pressure bandage, QuikClot dressing, two ZZips wound closure devices, two compressed Krinkle gauze
- Also includes two glucose strawberry gel packets, DynaLube pack, two small cold packs, flat splint and finger splint
- Wraps and bandages: 2 inch x 15 foot SensiWrap, triangular bandage, 2 inch x 5 yard elastic bandage, 1 inch x 30 foot cloth tape
- Tool module with penlight, tweezer, thermometer, five thermometer sheaths, whistle and large EMT shears
- Two gauze modules with two 3 x 4 inch nonadherent pads, three 2 x 2 inch nonadherent pads, two 2 x 2 inch gauze pads and two 4 x 4 inch gauze pads
- Gauze rolls in 2-inch and 3-inch sizes
- Two burn modules with four burn gel packets, plus a 4 x 4 inch BurnShield
- Two medication modules with tablets for allergy, cold and cough, diarrhea and indigestion
- Clean and prep module with four antiseptic wipes, four hand sanitizers and an iodine prep pad
- Module with three triple antibiotic ointment, two lip balm, two sunscreen, two sting wipes, white petrolatum, two hydrocortisone cream, ammonia towelette and friction frosting
- Three SuperSkin bandage packs with six 1 x 3 inch SuperSkin bandages, three 2 x 4 inch SuperSkin bandages and three fingertip SuperSkin bandages
- Three hydration modules with two hydration packets, plus two water purification tablets
- Two mini wound closure modules with secure strips, liquid skin and two saline wash
- Two CPR shields and three space blankets
- Two blister modules with three SuperSkin blister tapes
- Three pairs of disposable gloves
