The Molnlycke Mepilex silicone foam dressing is a sterile, rectangular foam dressing without a border. It measures 4 x 5 inches (10 x 12 centimeters). It pairs a Safetac interface layer with soft, conformable absorbent foam and a film backing.
- Safetac interface layer, designed so the dressing can be removed with less risk of damaging the wound or the surrounding skin
- Enhanced backing film and highly conformable absorbent foam work together to handle fluid effectively
- Safetac technology keeps the dressing from sticking to the wound bed and adheres gently to the surrounding skin, which allows easy application of secondary fixation
