The Molnlycke Mepilex Ag is a silver foam dressing, a sterile foam pad with a silicone adhesive and no border. It measures 4 x 8 inches and suits use under compression bandages. You can cut it to fit different wound shapes.
- Stays in place, so a compression or retention bandage is easy to apply over it
- Well suited for use under compression bandages
- May be cut to suit various wound shapes and difficult-to-dress locations
- May remain in place for several days, depending on the condition of the wound
- May be adjusted without losing its adherent properties
