The Molnlycke Melgisorb Ag dressing is a calcium alginate dressing with silver, in a 2 x 2 Inch square. It is made for deep, heavily exuding wounds, meaning wounds that produce a lot of fluid. It is non-adhesive, so you secure it separately.
- Absorbs well, made for deep wounds that produce a heavy amount of fluid
- Contains silver in a calcium alginate dressing
- Protects the wound and supports autolytic debridement, the body's own natural process of clearing away dead tissue
