MetriZyme is a dual enzymatic detergent, a cleaner built around two proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes, made for instrument presoak and cleaning. It comes as a liquid concentrate in a 1 quart bottle with a mint scent. It is made for use with instruments and medical equipment.
