The Medtronic MITG Point electrode is a sterile, disposable needle electrode made of tungsten wire. It has a micro needle tip with a 0.06 mm tip radius. It is made for fine tissue dissection with a microsurgical needle.
- Insulation extends to within 3 mm of the electrode tip
- Made for fine, precise tissue dissection at very low power settings
- Designed to virtually eliminate electrode drag and reduce thermal damage
- Maximum power of 25 watts, for use with a microsurgical needle
