Description / Medtronic MITG E1455-6 - Edge™ Electrode - 1/Each, 50/Case
The Medtronic MITG Edge electrode is a disposable blade electrode, the tip you attach to an electrosurgical pencil to cut tissue. It has a modified straight blade tip and an Edge coating over stainless steel. It is supplied sterile and fits most standard electrosurgical pencils.
- Current is concentrated at the edge of the electrode
- Edge coating is a durable, proprietary elastomeric coating
- Cuts at lower power levels than stainless steel or other types of non-stick electrodes
- Cleans easily: wipe with a moist 4x4, lap sponge or other non-abrasive material
- Bendable up to 90°
- Blade electrode with a modified straight blade tip
- Coated stainless steel construction
