The Shiley intubating stylet is a guide placed inside a tracheal tube, the breathing tube used in intubation. It is made of malleable aluminum, so it can be shaped, and it has a plastic sheath with a lubricated Satin-Slip surface. It is made by Medtronic MITG under manufacturer number 85865.
