The Medtronic Shiley XLT tracheostomy tube is an uncuffed airway tube made for adult patients. This size 5 tube has a proximal extension, a longer style that adds length outside the neck. It has a flexible disposable inner cannula and a free-swiveling neck flange.
- Adult size 5: 5 mm ID, 9.6 mm OD and 90 mm length
- Uncuffed design with proximal extension
- Flexible, disposable inner cannula that conforms to the shape of the outer cannula
- Flexible, soft, free-swiveling neck flange, made for patient comfort and easy inspection of the stoma site
- Twist-lock mechanism that secures the inner cannula
- Listed with a high volume, low pressure cuff
