The Centurion SorbaView Integrated Securement Dressing from Medline combines an IV dressing and catheter securement in one product. It is a small, pediatric size measuring 2-1/2 X 4 Inch. It is sterile and made of fabric and film.
- Pediatric, small size: 2-1/2 inches by 4 inches
- One-step system that dresses the site and secures the catheter, so you do not need a second securement device
- Window dressing gives a breathable barrier against external bacteria
- Built-in securement is designed to withstand multi-directional tugging forces and hold the catheter firmly in place
- Made for long wear: up to 7 days for central lines, and 96 hours for peripheral catheters or until indicated
- Versions with HubGuard include a two-part adhesive-backed foam cushion for comfort from catheter hubs (see individual item description)
- Versions with an adhesive-free zone have an area that does not stick to BIOPATCH protective discs or bulky needles (see individual item description)
