The Optifoam Basic nonadhesive foam dressing from Medline is a soft foam pad that does not stick to the skin and has no border. It is sterile and comes as a 4 x 5 inch rectangle. It is made of hydrophilic polyurethane foam, which means the foam is designed to attract and hold liquid.
