The Advazorb Silfix nonadhesive foam dressing is a square polyurethane foam dressing with a silicone face and no border. It is made to sit on the body while a secondary dressing holds it in place. It measures 4 x 4 inch and comes sterile.
- Wound contact layer lets you place the dressing on the body, then apply a secondary dressing to keep it in place
- Gentle adherence to intact skin, because silicone is hydrophobic and does not adhere to a wet wound bed
